The property is a Certified Wildlife Habitat® designated by the National Wildlife Federation — it’s truly a nature-lover’s paradise. Deer visit regularly as well as foxes, jack rabbits, and all manner of local wild birds. A beautiful dog-friendly hiking trail is a short walk from the cottage door.
The cottage sits on a quiet residential street and the owner's home sits 40 yards away. If guests need something, we're close by. The parking area and driveway are shared, but your privacy is important and we let guests take the lead on level of interaction. There's plenty of space for everyone.
